Individuals who do not wish to be photographed or recorded are responsible for informing Gurudwara Shaheedan Inc. in advance.

For minors, attendance at the event constitutes consent by a parent or legal guardian to the use of the minor’s image or likeness as described in this policy. Parents or guardians who do not wish their child to be photographed or recorded must notify event staff in advance or upon arrival.

By attending the event, individuals release and hold harmless Gurudwara Shaheedan Inc., its staff, volunteers, and authorized representatives from any claims, demands, or liability arising from the use of such photographs, video recordings, or media in accordance with this policy.
